Payment methods

With direct bank payment you can pay your ordered objects via your Internet bank (Handelsbanken, Nordea, Swedbank, Sparbanken, SEB, Danske Bank, FOREX, ICA Banken, Länsförsäkringar eller Skandiabanken). You will be directed to Billmate where you will finalise your payment.

The direct bank payments are administred by Trustly and you will be directed to their website in order to finalise your payment via your selected bank.

No information about your bank account is saved with us.

It is now also possible to pay your order with VISA and MasterCard. We do not charge you any extra fees when you pay your order with a credit card. Credit card payments are handled by Billmate.

We will send you the ordered objects together with an invoice payable within 10 days. For orders exceeding SEK 1,000 (or equivalent in selected currency) and for new customers, we reserve the right to ask for pre-payment of the order. The ordered objects will in such a case be delivered when full pre-payment is received.

For delayed and/or missing payments we will send a reminder via E-mail. If a payment is not made despite the reminder we will forward our claim for legal collection. All additional costs in connection with this will be borne by you.

Via Payson you can pay your order directly with your Payson account. Via Payson you also have the possibility to pay with credit card and with direct bank payment (Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea och Swedbank). You do not need to have an account with Payson to use this payment method.

PayPal is one of the most used payment methods on the Internet. If you have a PayPal account we offer you the possibility to pay for your order directly on our website via them. PayPal does not require you to register an account and they offer you the possibility to pay with credit cards.

Due to the high processing fees charged by PayPal we will charge a fee of SEK 3 + 3% on all payments made via PayPal. All our other payment methods are free of charge!!!

You have the possibility to partly or fully pay for your order by redeeming your Online Philately Bonus points.

If you have Online Philately Bonus points, you can see your saldo when you checkout your order. You can then select how many points you want to redeem and click Update.

1,000 Online Philately Bonus points equal SEK 10.
