Online Philately Bonus points
General terms for Online Philately Bonus program
All registered customers at Online Philately are automatically members of our Online Philately Bonus program.
Online Philately Bonus program gives you bonus points on all your orders on our website that you can use on future orders from Online Philately.
Should you for any reason not want to be part of the bonus program, please contact us at info@onlinephilately.com.
Points system
All purchases on Online Philately are eligable for Online Philately Bonus points. You will receive 1 Online Philately Bonus point for every Swedish krona (SEK) you buy for - or equvalent in your selected currency.
OBS! Online Philately Bonus points are not given for delivery costs, face value stamps or for orders via our Tradera shop.
You can see your bonus points saldo on My account / Online Philately Bonus points.
Bonus points on auctions
All customers receives Bonus points on purchased objects from our online auctions. The Bonus points are calculated on the winning bid (excluding commission) and will be credited your account when you have paid for your order.
Bonus points ar not rewarded for auction commissions.
Redeem bonus points
Your Online Philately Bonus points can be used to pay for your orders. 1,000 Online Philately Bonus points equals SEK 10.
You can use your Online Philately Bonus points by indicating how many Online Philately Bonus points you would like to use when you check out.
Validity of Online Philately Bonus points
As long as you are an active customer at Online Philately you will keep your Online Philately Bonus points.
If you should not have placed an order within 24 months after you last registered an order at Online Philately that generated Online Philately Bonus points, your Online Philately Bonus points balance will automatically be removed from your bonus account.
Change of objects that can earn Online Philately Bonus points
Online Philately reserves the right to change what objects will earn you Online Philately Bonus points at any time.
Information on changed terms
Potential changes to the terms and regulations for the Online Philately Bonus program will be informed to you as soon as possible. Such information will primarily be given on our website and/or via E-mail. You are obliged to keep updated on what terms and conditions that apply. Disputes regarding the interpretation of the terms and conditions of the Online Philately Bonus program will follow Swedish law.
If the bonus program is cancelled
Online Philately reserves the right to cancel or replace the Online Philately Bonus program with one (1) month notice. If the Online Philately Bonus Program has to be cancelled due to legislations, a court decision or if a restriction has been ordered by the authorities the Online Philately Bonus program can be cancelled with immediate effect. The earned balance of your Online Philately Bonus points must then be redeemed within 24 months.

Free delivery over SEK 300
We offer you free delivery on all orders exceeding SEK 300 - anywhere in the world!
If you would like us to send your order with registered mail you can select this at an optional fee when you checkout.
Pay with credit card or bank
We offer several safe payment methods. At Online Philately you can select to pay directly via your bank, with credit card, PayPal or Payson.
For your security and integrity we never save any credit card details.
Free returns within 10 days
If you would not be satisfied with an object from us, you can return it to us within 10 days after having received the object.

Customers domiciled in Sweden have the possibility to pay orders exceeding SEK 1,000 in installments at an extra cost.
You can select to pay your order over 3, 6 or 12 months.
