    Some times things go wrong and we need some help.

All different kinds of web browsers can cause problems sometime. We have discovered that all our web pages are not always displayed in the same way on the different web browsers that are available on the market today.

We recommend you to always keep your web browser updated to the latest available version. Updates of web browsers are free. We have here collected information and tips on how you can setup and update your web browser.

Internet Explorer

Sometimes there are problems how some web pages are displayed for you that are using Internet Explorer. Here are a few practical tips for settings and links.

Add Online Philately to a safe zone

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Internet Explorer icon in the taskbar.

2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

3. Click the Security tab, and then click a security zone (Local intranet, Trusted sites or Restricted sites) and then click Sites. You can add our website (*.onlinephilately.com) to any zone you like.

4. If you clicked Local intranet in step 3, click Advanced.

5. Our website (*.onlinephilately.com) should be shown in the Add this website to the zone field. Click Add.

6. Click Close and then click OK (or click OK twice if you clicked Local intranet in step 3).

Udate to the latest version

Stay up to date

Make sure you have always got the latest version of Internet Explorer by turning on automatic upgrades. You will get updates to Internet Explorer through Windows Update, including upgrades to the latest version.

To turn on automatic upgrades

1. Open the desktop and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.

2. Tap or click the Tools button(or tap or click Help in the Menu bar), and then tap or click About Internet Explorer.

3. Select the Install new versions automatically check bo and then tap or click Close.

Safari

What version fo you have installed?

Start Safari and check what version of Safari you have installed.

1. Click on Safari in the menu at the top of the window and select About Safari.

2. You will now see a pop-up window with the information about what version you have installed. The current latest version is 9 (27 January 2016).

Upgrade to the latest version

1. Open the App Store app on your Mac.

2. Click Updates in the toolbar.

3. Update each app individually, or click Update All to install all available updates.

The Mac App Store is included with OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.6 and later. If you do not have the Mac App Store, choose Software Update from the Apple menu, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Google Chrome

Uppgradera till senaste versionen

Normalt uppdateras Google Chrome automatiskt på datorn när en ny version av webbläsaren är tillgänglig. Om det inte skulle vara så i just din dator kan du följa följande steg för att manuellt uppgradera:

1. Klicka på Chrome-menyn uppe till höger.

2. Klicka på Uppdatera Google Chrome. Om alternativet inte visas har du redan den senaste versionen.

3. Klicka Starta om.

Dina öppna flikar spara i webbläsaren och öppnas automatiskt efter omstarten. Om du vill starta om senare klickar du på Inte nu. Uppdateringen installeras då nästa gång du startar om Google Chrome.

Firefox

Uppgradera till senaste versionen

Som standard uppgraderas Firefox automatiskt, men du kan gör en manuell uppgradering genom att göra så här:

1. På menyraden klickar du på menyn Firefox och väljer Om Firefox.

2. Fönstret Om Firefox öppnas och Firefox kommer att börja söka efter uppdateringar och ladda ner dem automatiskt.

3. När uppdateringarna är klara att installeras, klicka på Starta om Firefox för att uppdatera.

Viktigt! Om uppdateringen inte startades, inte slutfördes eller det uppstod något annat problem, använd denna nedladdningslänk eller gå till denna nedladdningssida för att hämta och installera den senaste versionen av Firefox för ditt operativsystem och språk (se också How to download and install Firefox on Mac för vidare instruktioner).
