Registration Before an order can be placed, you need to register as a customer. If you have not already registered as a customer, you can do that here.
When you register as a customer, you can also choose if you would like to receive our newsletters. You can easily de-register from this whenever you want.
After the registration, you will receive an e-mail with your customer number and other information that you need to login to your customer page (My account). You can among other things see your previous orders and change your customer details on your customer page.
No information about you as a customer will be forwarded to any third party.

Order When you have found an object you would like to buy, you will have to put it in your Shopping cart by clicking Add to cart. If you would like to remove an object from your cart, mark Remove and click Update cart.
When you have finished your shopping, click Checkout and follow the instructions in order to finalise your order. You can choose to pay either in Swedish Kronor, Euro or USD.
If you have received a promotion code or a voucher you can enter the code on the same page as you confirm the payment details. The discount will immediatly be credited your order.

Order confirmation When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within a couple of minutes. The ordered objects will at the same time be removed from our website.
If you by any chance would not receive an order confirmation, contact us on info@onlinephilately.com.

Delivery We normally deliver within 5-7 working days after we have received the order. You will be informed via e-mail about when we have sent the ordered objects.

Payment If you order from us for the first time, we ask for pre-payment. You will then receive an invoice via e-mail and we will deliver the ordered objects as soon as we have received your payment.
To our returning and/or known customers, we send the ordered objects together with an invoice that should be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.
We also ask for prepayment on all orders of 1,000 Swedish kronor or more.
Invoices can be paid using one of following methods:
Bank transfer
Payment can be made to our account in Nordea Bank, Sweden. The account details are included on the invoice.
Payson
If you have a Payson account, you can transfer the money to our Payson account (we do not offer Payson Guarantee).

If you have a PayPal account, you can transfer the money to our PayPal account.

Delivery costs We charge a delivery cost of 15 Swedish kronor on all orders below 300 Swedish kronor. All orders of 300 Swedish kronor or more are delivered free of charge.

Returns You can return an object within seven days should it not fulfil your expectations. The money is repaid to you as soon as the returned object has been received by us.
The delivery cost for the return is paid by you.
