How do I create an account?
In order to shop on Online Philately you need to have an account. You can easily create an account by clicking "Create account" in the upper menu and fill in the form that is shown.
Please note that you need to fill in all fields that are marked with *.

I have forgotten my password and cannot log in to my account. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password you can easily order a new one by clicking here.
Type in your e-mail address in the form and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address that we have on record.
With this new password you can again log in to your account and there change to a new password if you wish.

I have placed an object in my cart that I would like to remove. How do I do?
Open your cart by clicking "Cart contents" in the menu in the upper right corner.
Mark "Remove" in front of the object that you would like to remove from your cart.
Click "Update cart"
4.
I am trying to confirm my order but are redirected back to my cart. What should I do?
Most probably you have added to many of one object in your cart. As most of the objects on Online Philately are unique you can only order one of them.
Change the number of items for the object(s) in your cart that are marked with *** and click Update cart.
When the objects in your cart no longer are marked with *** you can proceed with the check out. You will always receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail.
If you despite those changes would have problems with confirming your order, please contact us for assistance.
5.
Can I pay for my order with a credit card?
At the moment you are not able to pay your order direct with a credit card. We are currently working on installing a credit card solution.
If you have a PayPal or Payson account you can pay your invoices from us via them.
