  • Return an object

    You always have the right to within 14 days return an object you have ordered from Online Philately - no questions asked.

    Please contact us before you send back an object to us that you want to return so that we can keep an eye on the incoming mail and also to adjust your invoice/order.

  • Automatic discount
    We offer automatic discounts on orders in the following intervals (or equivalent in your selected currency):

    SEK 2,001 - 7,500
    gives 5% discount

    SEK 7,501 - 12,500
    gives 7% discount

    SEK 12,501 -->
    gives 10% discount

    The discount is automatically deducted from the order total in your cart.

    The discount does NOT apply to current special offers or face value stamps!

  • When you order objects from Online Philately, the following terms and conditions apply. Should you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us at info@onlinephilately.com.

Delivery time

We normally deliver within 5-7 working days.

Prices

We apply the margin scheme system meaning that no value added tax (VAT) is added to the invoice. Except for a fixed delivery cost (at present SEK 20 on orders below SEK 300) we do not charge anything extra.

Auctions

We charge 10% sales commission on our auctions (including VAT). You can read our auction conditions here.

Automatic discount system

We offer all customers an automatic discount on orders exceeding SEK 2,000 (or equivalent in the selected currency). The discount is automatically deducted from the order total. We apply the following discount intervals:

  • Order total SEK 2,001 - 7,500 gives 5% discount
  • Order total SEK 7,501 - 12,500 gives 7% discount
  • Order total exceeding SEK 12,500 gives 10% discount

Please note that no discount is given on objects that currently are on Special offerface value stamps or won auctions.

Payment

At Online Philately you can pay for your order with one of the following methods:

  • Direkt bank transfer (accounts with Handelsbanken or Nordea)
  • Credit Card payment (VISA or MasterCard)
  • Invoice
  • Payson
  • PayPal
  • Installment payments on orders exceeding SEK 1,000 (special terms apply - read more here)

Delivery risk

Online Philately stands the risk if an object is damaged or lost during the delivery to you. Contact us at info@onlinephilately.com if an object would be damaged or if the delivery has not arrived. For potential returns, you as a customer stands the risk for damages and loss during the return delivery to us.

Rights to return an object

Online Philately gives you 10 days right to cancel your purchase from the day that you have received your object. The object should be returned in an unchanged condition, i.e. not destroyed, damaged or changed in any way. The cost for the return is paid by the customer.

Online Philately does not take any responsability for transport damages or lost goods for returned objects. It is important that the returned objects are well packed and that the correct postage is applied.

Complaints

Online Philately gives you the full right to return any object that does not fullfil the object description. It is important that you examine the objects carefully when you receive them. All complaints should be communicated within 14 days from that an object has been received.

Repayments for returned objects

Accepted returns will be repaid as soon as possible after we have received the returned objects undamaged. Repayments will primarily be made to your bank account. If you have paid with direct bank transfer, a credit card or via PayPal or via Payson, the money will be paid back to the account that you used for payment of the objects.

Privacy conditions

When placing an order you give us permission to store your customer details. Online Philately will only use your personal details to fulfill our obligations towards you and when communicating with you. When an order is placed you register personal details such as your name, address, E-mail address, telephone number and password (if you create an account). You have the right to ask us what information we have stored about you, and request it to be changed or deleted at any time.

Campaigns and discounts

We sometimes provide discount codes for certain campaigns. The discount code can be entered into the field "I have a discount code" when you checkout your order.

The discount code is unique for the specific campaign and can not be combined with other offers. Discount campaigns are valid from the date they are communicated until a set end date. A discount code can only be used once.
